Terms of Use

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the smartphone app "NANSURU" and its related services (the "Service") provided by mathru.net (the "Operator"). Users shall use the Service after agreeing to these Terms.

Effective date: October 24, 2026

Article 1 (Description of the Service)

The Service uses artificial intelligence (AI) to create and provide fortune-telling results, action guidelines for each time of day, and answers to consultations (collectively, "Generated Content") based on information registered by the user, such as date of birth, gender, and language.

Article 2 (Nature of Generated Content)

  1. Generated Content is intended for entertainment purposes, and its accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or future outcomes are not guaranteed.
  2. Because Generated Content is created automatically by AI, it may contain content that is factually incorrect or that does not suit the user's circumstances.
  3. Users shall not make medical or health, legal, financial or investment, or other important decisions based solely on Generated Content, and shall consult a professional as necessary.

Article 3 (Accounts)

  1. Users register an account using a method designated by the Operator, such as Apple or Google, and use the Service.
  2. Users shall manage their accounts at their own responsibility and shall not allow any third party to use them.
  3. Minor users shall use the Service after obtaining the consent of a legal representative, such as a parent or guardian.
  4. Users may delete their account at any time from the settings in the app. The scope of deletion is described on the Account Deletion page.

Article 4 (Paid Plans)

  1. Some features of the Service are provided through auto-renewing subscriptions via the App Store or Google Play ("Paid Plans").
  2. The price, period, and availability of a free trial for Paid Plans are displayed in the app and on the store's purchase screen.
  3. Paid Plans renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation and refunds are subject to the methods and terms set by each store.
  4. An account cannot be deleted while a Paid Plan is active. Deleting the app or the account does not cancel a Paid Plan; users shall complete the cancellation procedure in each store.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

When using the Service, users shall not engage in any of the following acts:

  1. Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
  2. Acts that infringe the rights or interests of the Operator or any third party
  3. Acts that place an excessive load on the servers or network of the Service, or that gain unauthorized access to them
  4. Acts of analyzing, modifying, or copying the Service, or using it in large volumes by automated means
  5. Acts of entering personal information of third parties, or illegal or harmful content, into the AI consultation feature
  6. Any other acts that the Operator deems inappropriate

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)

Copyrights and other intellectual property rights relating to the Service belong to the Operator or the legitimate rights holders. Users may use Generated Content within the scope of private use.

Article 7 (Advertising)

Advertisements from third-party ad delivery services may be displayed in the Service.

Article 8 (Changes to and Suspension of the Service)

The Operator may change the content of the Service, or suspend or terminate its provision, without prior notice to users. Even if this causes damage to users, the Operator shall not be liable, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Operator.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Operator does not warrant that the Service is free from defects, whether in fact or in law.
  2. The Operator shall not be liable for any damage incurred by users in connection with the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Operator. Even where the Operator is held liable under the Consumer Contract Act or other laws and regulations, the Operator's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user to the Operator in the month in which the damage occurred.

Article 10 (Handling of Personal Information)

The Operator handles information obtained through the use of the Service in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Article 11 (Changes to the Terms)

The Operator may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms take effect when they are posted on this page. Users will be notified of important changes in the app or by other means.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
