Delete your account

You can delete your NANSURU account from the app at any time.

Deleting from the App

1. Open NANSURU and go to "Mypage".
2. Select "Account Deletion" under "Others".
3. Select delete on the confirmation screen to complete the deletion.

You cannot delete your account while a paid plan is active. Please cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first, and then delete your account.

Data That Is Deleted

• Login information (your Firebase Authentication account)
• Profile (nickname, date of birth, gender, self-introduction, etc.) and profile image
• Records of fortune results and AI usage

Data That Is Retained

• Paid plan purchase records: retained for the period required by laws and regulations for accounting, tax, and fraud prevention purposes.
• Cache of fortune results that does not identify users: not subject to deletion because it is not linked to user IDs.
• Usage analysis and failure records: deleted after the period specified by each service has passed.

About Paid Plans

To cancel a paid plan, use "Subscriptions" in the App Store or Google Play. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your store subscription.

If You Cannot Use the App

If you cannot perform the operation, for example because you have already deleted the app, please request deletion by emailing [email protected] from the email address of the account you used to log in. We will delete your account within 30 days after verifying your identity.
